The Statistics feature allows property managers to analyze rental data specific to your company and its property. On this screen, you can compare the average, high and low data values for properties.

Viewing the comparison statistics

Follow these steps to analyze the data for your properties:

1.Click the Statistics link located in the left navigation bar of the Manage Listings screen.

Or,

Click the Statistics graphic in the main panel of the Manage Listings screen.

2.The Statistics screen is displayed:

3.Specify the comparison criteria to view information about your company and its properties.

The comparison criteria fields are explained in detail in the following table:

Field Name

Action

Location By

Select the location criteria by which you want to view the property listing statistics and then enter value for the selected location criteria. The following table describes the possible options and actions:

Action

ZIP Code

Enter the ZIP code of the area for which you want to view property statistics.

State/City

Select the state and city from the corresponding drop-down list.

Any

Select this to view statistics for all listings.

For example, if you have selected ZIP Code from the Location By drop-down list, the ZIP Code field is displayed. Enter the ZIP code of the area for which you want to view the statistics on properties.

Property Type

Select the type of the property from the drop-down list.

Bedrooms

Select the minimum and maximum number of bedrooms from the corresponding drop-down lists.

Bathrooms

Select the minimum and maximum number of bathrooms from the corresponding drop-down lists.

Dates

Enter the date range for which you want to view the statistical data.

4.The comparison data for properties is displayed on the screen.

Days On Market

View data values for the number of days for which property is activated on Rental Home Professionals website.

Days Vacant

View data values for the number of days for which property remains vacant.

Current Rent

View data values for current rent of the property.

Asking Rent

View data values for proposed rent of the property.

Inquiries

View data values for the number of inquiries received.

# Page Views

View data values for the number of times the property pages viewed by the users.

The graph displays average, low and high values for a property field.

The field name is displayed at the top of the graph.
The red line on the graph shows the average value for the selected property field.
The bottom edge of the orange bar shows the low value of the selected property field.
The top edge of the orange bar shows the high value of the selected property field.
