The Statistics feature allows property managers to analyze rental data specific to your company and its property. On this screen, you can compare the average, high and low data values for properties.
Viewing the comparison statistics
Follow these steps to analyze the data for your properties:
| 1. | Click the Statistics link located in the left navigation bar of the Manage Listings screen. |

Click the Statistics graphic in the main panel of the Manage Listings screen.

| 3. | Specify the comparison criteria to view information about your company and its properties. |
The comparison criteria fields are explained in detail in the following table:

Location By |
Select the location criteria by which you want to view the property listing statistics and then enter value for the selected location criteria. The following table describes the possible options and actions:
For example, if you have selected ZIP Code from the Location By drop-down list, the ZIP Code field is displayed. Enter the ZIP code of the area for which you want to view the statistics on properties.

Select the type of the property from the drop-down list. |

Bedrooms |
Select the minimum and maximum number of bedrooms from the corresponding drop-down lists. |

Bathrooms |
Select the minimum and maximum number of bathrooms from the corresponding drop-down lists. |

Dates |
Enter the date range for which you want to view the statistical data. |
