Property Manager > Manage Listings

The Reports screen allows you to generate reports on data that the Rental Home Professionals website tracks. The reports currently available are outlined in the table below:

Report	Displays
Property Inventory	A list of all properties imported or entered on the Rental Home Professionals website by your company (both active and inactive).
Properties on Market	A list of all active properties currently listed by your company on the Rental Home Professionals website.
Properties on Market by Agent	A list of all the properties currently listed on the Rental Home Professionals website by a particular property agent.
Invalid Properties	A list of all the invalid properties associated with your company.
Average Rent by ZIP Code	The average rent for properties in a selected ZIP code.
Days on Market by ZIP	A comparison of days on market for your company versus the market of a ZIP code.
Vacant Units	The current number of vacant properties managed by your company.
Hot Sheet	A comprehensive overview of what is happening with your company's listings by week.
Property Listings by Property Owner	A list of properties linked to a specified property owner.

Accessing the Reports screen

Follow these steps to access the Reports screen:

1.	Click the Reports link located in the left navigation bar of the Manage Listings screen.

Or,

Click the Reports graphic in the main panel of the Manage Listings screen.

2.	The Reports screen is displayed. The main panel will appear blank until you select a report from the left navigation bar.

3.	Select a report from the drop down box and click Generate Report.

4.	In the main panel of the screen, the selected report is displayed:

Navigating the Report

You can navigate the report screens by using the navigation buttons located at the top of the screen.

Printing or Exporting the Report

You can print or export a report by using the print and export options located at the top of the screen.
