Step 3: Perform Comparison
The Perform Comparison step allows you to compare your property with the properties selected in the third step.
The properties are compared on the basis of property area, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, built up area, parking facility, rental rate, etc.

Follow these steps to perform a comparison:
| 1. | The main property appears on the left, under the Subject column. |
| 2. | From the drop-down list in the middle column, select a property to compare. |
| 3. | The table displays values for the various comparison fields. To enter an adjustment value for the comparison property, click in the corresponding field under the Adjustment column on the right. |
| 4. | Enter any notes or additional information in the Notes box. |
| 5. | Repeat the steps above for every property to be compared. |
| 6. | Click Continue to move to the next step, the Review step. |
