Payment Preferences

The Payment Preferences tab of the Company Information screen allows you to define the preferred payment method for your subscription to Rental Home Professionals.

Accessing the Payment Preferences Tab

1.Click the Payment Preferences tab on the Company Information screen.
2.The Payment Preferences tab is displayed:

The following table describes the information displayed on the Payment Preferences tab.

 

Field

Displays...

Payment Method

The options for payment methods. You can select any of the following method for your subscription:

Pay By Check
Pay By Credit Card
oSetup Monthly Recurring Payment
oPay One Time Annual Payment

Number of Managed Properties

The number of properties managed by your company.  This is a non-editable field.  If this field needs to be updated, please contact Rental Home Professionals before making a payment.

Subscription Rate

The rate for your subscription.

The subscription rate is based on the number of properties managed by your company.

Setup Monthly Recurring Payment

To set up your payment every month on a particular date, follow these steps:

1.Select the Pay by Month option.
2.The credit card information form will display. Until a payment is made, the subscription payment has not yet been received message will display.

3.Enter the Credit Card Information as outlined in the table below:

Field Name

Cardholder's Name

Enter the name of the card holder.

Credit Card Type

Select the type of the credit card.

Credit Card Number

Enter the credit card number.

Expiration Date

Enter the expiration date of the credit card, using the format mm/yyyy (e.g., 08/2009).

4.Enter the Recurring Payment Information as outlined in the table below:

Day of month for payment

Select the day on which you want to make the payment every month.

Date to stop recurring payment

Select the option for when to stop the recurring payment. The possible options are:

Indefinite: Select this option if you do not want to stop the payment or the stop payment date is not yet decided.
Set Date: Select this option if you want to specify a date to stop the payment. Select the month and year from the corresponding drop-down boxes.

 

5.Click Process Payment to process the payment.
6.Upon successful payment, a Subscription Successful message pop up window appears. Click OK to close the pop up window.
7.The Payment Preferences screen will update and reflect the current payment status of your account.

8.Changing your monthly payment information is easy.  Simply repeat steps 1- 5 to update credit card information or recurring payment info.  Any changes made to your payment options will take place on the next billing cycle.

Pay By Year

To make your payment once a year, follow these steps:

1.Select the Pay One Time Annual Payment option.
2.Until a payment is made, the subscription payment has not yet been received message will display.

3.Enter the Credit Card Information as outlined in the table below:

5.Upon successful payment, a Transaction has been approved message will pop up. Click OK to close the pop up window.
6.The Payment Preferences screen will update and reflect the current payment status of your account.
