The Advertise a Property section is for users who would like to advertise a property they have available for rent. After registering or logging into the site, there are three steps to listing a property on the Rental Home Professionals website:

Getting Started

The Advertise My Property screen identifies the steps necessary to list an ad on the Rental Home Professionals website. To get started:

1.	On the home page, click the Advertise a Rental Property tab.

2.	The Advertise My Property welcome screen is displayed:

3.	The screen displays the steps that you need to follow for advertising your property listing on the website.

The following table briefly describes these steps:

#	Step	Allows you to...
1	Login or Register	Register with the website in order to advertise properties. If you are already registered, log in to get started.
2	Add Listing	Add detailed information of your rental property including pictures, special features, property specific documents, pet policies and more.
3	Manage My Ads	Edit property information and activate listings in order to pay for them at Checkout. This is also where activated properties can be deactivated if they have been rented or are no longer available for rent.
4	Checkout	Pay for activated listings.

4.	Click Continue to move to the next step.

If you have not yet registered or logged in to the website, the Advertise a Rental Property Login/Register page is displayed.

If you are currently logged in to the website, the page progresses to the second step Add Listing.

At any point you can go back to the previous step by clicking the desired step number displayed at the top of the screen.

5.	After providing all the details on the Add Listing page, click Continue to move to the next step.

6.	You are navigated to the third step that is Manage My Ads screen, where you can activate a property in the property list to advertise it on the website.

7.	Click Continue to move to the next step. The page progresses to the last step Checkout.
