The Listing Preferences tab allows you manage additional features pertaining to your property listings on Rental Home Professionals.  This section allows you to:

Embed an I-frame into your personal website
Enter Co-Broker option information
Add a listing Photo Watermark

My Listing Page

The My Listing Page provides the HTML code for embedding into your personal website's I-Frame.  Once implemented, this feature allows prospective tenants to easily search for your property listings directly from your website.

Click Copy instructions to clipboard to copy the code to clipboard and paste in your website's I-Frame.

Co-Broker Options

The Co-Broker Options allows you to enter co-brokering instructions for working with other property management companies.  Properties are enabled for co-brokering by selecting the check box for co-brokering options while editing the property details on the Add Listing page. If enabled, the co-broker fields and instructions are shown only to other property management companies.

The property managers can define a template for co-broker instructions which is to be displayed for all those properties that are enabled for co-brokering. To define the template, enter the instructions in the Co-Broker Options text box and click Save .

Listing Photo Watermark

The Listing Photo Watermark allows you to place a watermark on all pictures you add to your rental property listings.  The Listing Photo watermark is a way to protect the images you upload to Rental Home Professionals and ensure they cannot be used without your permission.

To add a watermark, simply type in the text you would like to appear on your photos in the available text box and select Save.
