A property manager can assist you in efficiently managing your rental property and screening for the best possible tenants to fill vacancies. The Find a Property Manager tab allows you to easily search for experienced property management companies and property managers across the United States.

Search for a Property Manager

Follow these steps to search a property manager:

1.	On the home page, click the Find a Property Manager tab.

2.	The Find a Property Manager screen is displayed:

3.	There are two ways to search for a property manager on the Find a Property Manager screen:

•	Enter the desired search criteria in the search form, located on the right side of the screen.

Or,

•	Click Search in the left navigation bar of the Find a Property Manager screen. The Search screen is displayed. In the search form, enter the desired search criteria.

4.	After specifying the search criteria, click Search.

The Search fields are explained in more detail in the table below:

Field Name	Action	Remarks
Company Name	If you are searching for a specific company, enter all or part of the company name here.	For example, if you are looking for a company whose name contains "Carolina", but you cannot remember the full name, enter the following: Carolina This locates all the companies whose name contains "Carolina".
Select a State	Select the state from the drop-down list in which you want to search for a property manager listing.	Only states that currently have active property manager listings are displayed.
City	Select a city name from the list.	Only cities that currently have active property manager listings are displayed.
ZIP Code	Enter the ZIP code of the area in which you want to search for a property manager.	Instead of selecting the city and state, you can enter the ZIP code of the area in which you want to search for a property manager.

It is mandatory to enter a value for at least one search field in the search criteria. If no value is entered for any of the search fields, an error message displays.

5.	If companies or property managers matching the specified search criteria are found, they are displayed below the search criteria box. If no company is found for the specified search criteria, a message indicating this displays.

The search results display the list of available property managers or companies matching the search criteria you specified, as shown in the following figure.

Click this link...	To...
Current Properties	View a list of properties which are currently active and managed by the displayed company or property manager. This opens the Search Results screen.
E-mail address	Send an E-mail to the property management company.
Website Address	View the website of the property management company.
