Contacts

The Contacts screen allows you to:

Search for a contact
Add a New Contact
Edit a Contact
Export Contact List
E-mail a Contact
Delete a Contact

 

The Contacts screen may look different based on your designated Authorization level.  Please see Authorization Levels for more information.  You can view what authorization level you are by going to My Info > Web Account Tab

Accessing the Contacts screen

Follow these steps to access the Contacts screen:

1.Click the Contacts link located in the left navigation bar of the Manage Listings screen.

Or,

Click the Contacts graphic in the main panel of the Manage Listings screen.

2.The Contacts screen is displayed. A list of contacts is displayed in the main panel of the screen. You can search a contact in the list by specifying a search criteria in the search form located in the navigation bar of the screen.
